INFRA electrical deck ovens are ideal for smaller bakeries, innovative artisan bakery but also for large industrial bakeries
Each baking chamber acts as an independent oven: so you can bake different products at the same time: bread, pastry, pizza, desserts…
Models are available in three sizes, with 4 or 5 decks.
- AE – single width 600 mm
- CE – double width 1200 mm
- EE – triple width 1800 mm
Features
- Special flat ceramic heating elements for a gentle and sustained heat transfer, allowing even greater consistency and reproducibility of high-quality baked goods.
- Unique flat ceramic heating elements ensure temperature stability and minimal heat loss.
- Each baking chamber acts as an independent bakery oven: Top and bottom heat and steam injection can be controlled separately for each deck.
- Each floor can be switched on or off independently of the others.
- Energy-saving mode as standard: INFRA power locking ensures a connected load reduction of about one third
- Solid and safe: all-round stainless steel cladding welded and absolutely gas-tight, baking chamber
- Integrated IQ TOUCH control to control each deck independently from the others – with touch screen
- Special models CLASSIC, in black, available
