Wheat COMPACTLINE W 200

Fermentors for wheat predough, wheat sourdough and spelt sourdough, capacity 200 kg/batch

Fermentors can be flexibly used for production of wheat predoughs, wheat sour doughs and spelt sourdough, with a flour : water ratio = 100 : 120-150.

Special propeller agitator for gentle, lump free stirring and preservation of gluten strands.

Features:

  • Triple wall, stainless steel container, with insulation and cooling unit (K models)
  • Movable execution
  • Cover made as stainless steel square worktop with a PE inline, can be fully opened for filling and cleaning, monitored by limit switch
  • Gear pump, with dry-run protection
  • Models K with integrated cooling unit
  • Optional: models HK including heating and cooling unit
  • Optional: models FU including frequency convertor for setting flexible stirring speeds
  • PLC control with TP, for storing 5 recipes
  • Combinable with DIOStart wheat & spelt starters
