Dough divider and rounder PRIMA DUO

Rounder and divider PRIMA DUO is suitable for processing various types of dough: from soft dough for donuts, to common types of dough for bakery pastries, such as buns, kaizer buns, etc., as well as for cold, firmer dough for pretzels.

Operating principle:
the dough is fed into a hopper, where special rollers divide it into portions, which then enter the dividing and shaping unit of the machine. Dough is divided into equal pieces in the dividing and shaping drum with the help of measuring pistons, and the shaping plate finally shapes them into balls, which exit on the machine’s output conveyor belts.

The weight of the products, as well as the intensity of round shaping, is infinitely adjustable.

Several models are available for different areas of dividing.

The machine can be included in a mini line for the final shaping of bakery pastries, which can include an intermediate fermentation chamber and units for shaping elongated pastries and kaizers.
