Fryer MINI 20 is the ideal unit for smaller quantities in stores and at any kind of events.

The turning basket makes it very convenient to work with small quantities. The tightly closing steam lid on the unit guarantees large volumes in the process. With its integral fermentation chamber complete with an inbuilt 2 litre water tank, the Mini 20 is also suitable for using outside of any bakery.
